Welcome to the Greater Harris County 9-1-1 Emergency Network’s (GHC 9-1-1) Training website. GHC 9-1-1 is dedicated to providing ongoing training for the front line and lead Telecommunicator.

The Training Team at GHC 9-1-1 is striving to be a leading force in building a strong foundation for each Telecommunicator we come in contact with. We recognize in order to achieve this goal, we must invest in training.

While we specialize in 9-1-1 equipment training for those working within our territory, we also host several in-person professional and personal growth courses for all levels of Telecommunicators throughout the year.
